Message	As per a letter i sent them on 7-11-08 telling them i was putting it on, and that i would send them the damaged part when i got the new one! Right there - your problem..... How in the world would you think it is OK to install a part like an exhaust and drive around waiting for a replacement? That is clearly a brand new part - you should have packaged it up and sent it to him. White wheels are getting painted silver this winter.
